Stage 2 Competition 3.8L Gen 5 Supercharger Kit

The Whipple Superchargers WK-2620T-STG2-38 is a Stage 2 Competition Supercharger Kit engineered with the new Gen 5 3.8L rotor technology. This supercharger boasts significant internal improvements including all new bearings, gears, rotors, and housing, allowing it to spin faster, longer, and more safely. It offers approximately a 6% increase in isentropic efficiency over the 3.0L version. The kit includes the 3.8L head unit, intercooler and lid setup, supercharger pulley, 6-rib belt drive system, heat exchanger, cold air intake, 150mm throttle body, intercooler reservoir, intercooler pump and hoses, and engine lowering brackets required for factory hood clearance. This supercharger kit is specifically designed for the 2015-2017 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L Coyote platform. Whipple has also developed 3.8L supercharger kits for other applications, including the 2011-2021 Mustang GT / Boss 302 / Shelby GT350, as well as future applications for Shelby GT500s, Hemi, GM LS/LT, and Big Block engines.
