Description

The JET Performance 29517S is a Stage 2 computer chip engineered to provide significant horsepower gains for 1981-1995 GM vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs. This upgrade promises an instant boost in performance, adding up to 23 horsepower through a straightforward plug-in installation process. This chip distinguishes itself with exclusive, full-range Dynamic Spectrum Tuning (DST) technology. DST allows for precise adjustments to critical engine parameters such as the air/fuel ratio, ignition advance, transmission settings, and other vital functions. JET Performance ensures the reliability and effectiveness of each program by subjecting them to rigorous track and dyno testing, guaranteeing both maximum horsepower output and excellent drivability for various applications. Installation of the Stage 2 computer chip requires the use of 91 octane fuel, a 180-degree thermostat, and a free-flow exhaust system to achieve optimal performance. The ECM is typically located behind the glove box.
