Stage 2 FA20 86.25mm Short Block Assembly

The IAG Performance IAG-ENG-1210 is a Stage 2 FA20 short block, engineered for high-performance applications and rated for up to 600 BHP. This assembly utilizes brand new OEM Subaru BRZ FA20 case halves, meticulously bored and honed to 86.25mm. Enhancements include internal modifications to the case for improved oiling, ensuring better lubrication under demanding conditions. Key internal components include IAG-Spec 86.25mm forged pistons with a 12.5:1 compression ratio, paired with IAG-Spec H-beam connecting rods featuring ARP2000 rod bolts for superior strength and reliability. The short block is equipped with ACL or KING XPG rod bearings and King XPG main bearings to handle increased stress. A new Subaru FA20 WRX/BRZ crankshaft is included, along with standard Subaru case bolts. For convenience, an OEM oil plug is pre-installed at the oil pan location. This short block is specifically designed for the GT86, BRZ, and FRS models.
