Stage 2 Front Mount Intercooler Kit

The NEUSPEED Stage 2 Front Mount Intercooler is a high-performance cooling system designed for the Volkswagen Jetta GLI MK7 2019+. It features a highly efficient bar-and-plate core with cast aluminum end-tanks, offering superior cooling compared to factory-style upgrades. This intercooler fills the lower bumper opening with a twice-thick core and is positioned in front of the radiators for optimal airflow.

This Stage 2 kit was redesigned for vehicles with larger turbo conversions, incorporating a longer core and larger inlet/outlet end tanks to best support higher horsepower outputs. The kit includes the intercooler with rubber isolator mounting, billet mounting brackets, silicone hoses, T-bolt hose clamps, and all necessary hardware. Note that steel bumper structure trimming is required for installation.
