The NEUSPEED Stage 2 Front Mount Intercooler is a high-performance cooling system designed for the Volkswagen Jetta GLI MK7 2019+. It features a highly efficient bar-and-plate core with cast aluminum end-tanks, offering superior cooling compared to factory-style upgrades. This intercooler fills the lower bumper opening with a twice-thick core and is positioned in front of the radiators for optimal airflow.

This Stage 2 kit was redesigned for vehicles with larger turbo conversions, incorporating a longer core and larger inlet/outlet end tanks to best support higher horsepower outputs. The kit includes the intercooler with rubber isolator mounting, billet mounting brackets, silicone hoses, T-bolt hose clamps, and all necessary hardware. Note that steel bumper structure trimming is required for installation.

The NEUSPEED Stage 2 Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) is engineered to significantly enhance air charge cooling for your Volkswagen Jetta GLI MK7 (2019+). It directly challenges the limitations of factory intercooler systems, which are often hampered by their placement between the A/C condenser and coolant radiator, restricted airflow, and radiant heat. This Stage 2 variant is a complete redesign specifically for vehicles equipped with larger turbo conversions. It boasts a longer core and newly engineered end tanks with larger inlet and outlet ports, optimized to handle higher horsepower outputs. The construction utilizes a highly efficient bar-and-plate core paired with robust cast aluminum end-tanks, placing it well above other FMIC options on the market. Installation of this intercooler requires steel bumper structure trimming.
