Stage 2 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit

The WC Fab Stage 2 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit is a chassis component upgrade for the 2001-2004 LB7 Duramax 6.6L engine, designed to replace restrictive OEM parts and enhance performance. This kit includes a 3” Y-Bridge, 3” intercooler pipes, and a 4” intake pipe, all constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum. The fabricated air box features a 10G aluminum sheet construction and a dry air filter with a hydrophobic pre-filter cover to protect the MAF sensor, turbo, and engine airways from contaminants. It also includes a 4” intake horn designed to remove restrictions and improve turbo spool and top-end power, compatible with OEM and upgraded IHI-style turbochargers. The kit also comes with a Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve (FPRV) Block Off Kit for proper clearance with the larger Y-Bridge assembly. This kit is finished in a durable custom powder coat and is made in the USA. It is not recommended for use with S300 or S400 style turbochargers; alternative kits are available for those applications. A specific fitment note for 2001 models indicates that the MAP sensor will need to be relocated from the intake runner to the new bridge assembly, requiring modification to the original intake runner.
