Description

The Xtreme-DI XDI-HPFP-EVO-2.7 is a Stage 2 high-pressure fuel pump engineered for direct injection systems. It boasts compatibility with all known fuels, including various ethanol blends, and is capable of maintaining a maximum rail pressure of 200 bar (2900 psi). This upgraded fuel pump is specifically designed for Ford EcoBoost engines, including applications like the 2.7L and 3.0L variants found in the F-150, Expedition, and Ranger. It aims to 'open the tap' for fuel delivery, ensuring that modified engines receive adequate fuel for optimal performance. The pump is rigorously tested to meet demanding conditions. The XDI-HPFP-EVO series is noted for its improved flow rates compared to previous models. For instance, at 2900 psi, the EVO pump flows 12% more than the HPFP35. This enhanced flow is crucial for achieving significant power gains through tuning. Compatibility is listed for various Ford models, including the F-150 (2015-2020 2.7L V6 Ecoboost), Expedition (2015-2021 3.5L V6 Ecoboost), and Ranger (2019-2023 2.3L I4 Ecoboost), as well as Raptor models (2021-2023 3.5L V6 Ecoboost and 2021-2023 5.2L V8).
