The Fuel-It! Stage 2 High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) Upgrade is engineered for the 3.3L V6 engines in the 2018+ KIA Stinger GT, GT1, GT2, and Genesis G70. This performance upgrade directly tackles the common problem of fuel pressure dropping under increased boost, particularly when using E85 fuel blends. By utilizing the same pump found in high-horsepower BMW B58 applications, this kit enables your vehicle to reliably handle higher boost levels, estimated around JB4 map5 settings (~21psi) on E40 fuel, with the factory flash. This kit includes the necessary components for installation: an upgraded High-Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP), a billet adapter plate, a low-pressure fuel line with triple-lined crimped fittings (PTFE/SS/Nylon Braided), a custom wiring harness, fuel pump screws, adapter plate screws, and Super Lube®. For those looking to integrate flex fuel capabilities, variants are available that include the BMS CANflex Kit, which adds a flex fuel sensor and a digital display box to monitor ethanol content, with a voltage output for JB4 users. While the pump itself is capable of supporting over 600whp on E85, running heavier ethanol mixtures necessitates tuning adjustments beyond just the fuel pump. For JB4 customers, these adjustments are typically handled via the EK1 interface with specific back-end flash maps. It is important to note that this kit does not include the HPFP itself in certain configurations, such as the 'HPFP Install Kit Only' options.
