Stage 2 Kevlar Clutch Kit

The Spec Clutch SV872-2 is a Stage 2 clutch kit engineered for performance applications including street, drag, pulling, and autocross. It utilizes a pure Kevlar friction material on a segmented or full-faced disc with a steel backing, providing excellent drivability similar to a Stage 1 clutch but with increased longevity and a higher torque capacity of 411 ft-lb. Key features of this clutch kit include a high clamp pressure plate, a pure Kevlar friction material disc, and a high-torque sprung hub and disc assembly with spring cover relieves for flexibility. The kit also comes with a bearing and tool kit for installation. This clutch kit is designed as a Grand Am Cup specification and requires the use of a Spec flywheel. Buyers should be aware that due to the nature of lightened single-mass flywheels, added "NVH" or "chatter" may occur during operation.
