Stage 2 Kit w/ W185ax 3.0L Supercharger

The Whipple Supercharger Stage 2 Kit is engineered specifically for the 2011-2014 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L, offering a complete, 50-state legal supercharger system designed for increased airflow and power. At its core is the Whipple Gen 6 W185ax 3.0L front-feed twin-screw supercharger, which moves more air with less effort than smaller roots-style systems, reducing discharge temperatures and parasitic loss for an immediate torque curve. This Stage 2 package enhances airflow with a billet 132mm Roval throttle body and retains the 123mm high-flow air intake system. Cooling is a critical aspect of this system, featuring a patented dual-core, dual-pass intercooler paired with a high-flow intercooler pump, a massive heat exchanger (150% more volume than competition), and a large intercooler reservoir. This setup effectively controls air charge temperatures even under demanding conditions, allowing the system to maintain stronger, more repeatable performance. The front-feed design enables an oversized intercooler core, surpassing smaller competing systems. Included in the kit are billet fuel rails with GT500 fuel injectors to support the increased airflow and power. For calibration, the system comes with an SCT X4 flash tool, which also offers datalogging and relearn functions. It's important to note that the calibration files are not preloaded and must be requested before installation. The kit is designed for 100% stock vehicles, with the exception of cat-back exhaust systems, and requires 91 octane fuel or better.
