The COMP Cams Stage 2 LST (Low Shock Technology) 237/248 hydraulic roller camshaft is engineered to provide reliable functionality and improved performance for LS3 engines. It excels in enhancing stability at higher RPMs, enabling better engine control and power delivery across a broad powerband, with an operating range of 3,000 to 7,500 RPM. This camshaft also helps to lower harmful exhaust gas temperatures, promoting better engine durability and performance under rigorous driving conditions. The camshaft comes with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. It is specifically manufactured to precisely fit 2010-2015 Camaro SS models equipped with a manual transmission. Additionally, it is compatible with 2008-2013 Corvette models. Some sources indicate it is the "best LS3 cam when looking for maximum HP with stock pistons" and offers awesome power from 3500-7500 RPM, though stability kits may be recommended for valve train stability in some applications.
