Stage 2 Rotating Assembly

The Dmax Store Stage 2 Rotating Assembly (DMS-RA-2) is engineered for Duramax diesel engines, specifically the LB7, LLY, LBZ, LMM, and LML models from 2001 to 2016. This assembly is designed to reliably support up to 1000HP, providing enhanced durability and peace of mind for enthusiasts who push their engines, whether for heavy towing or weekend fun. The core components of this kit include a Callies DuraStar Crankshaft, rated for up to 1200HP, featuring stronger steel, a deeper nitride layer, and unique machining for superior strength over OEM shafts. It also includes Callies Compstar Xtreme Connecting Rods and Mahle Motorsports Performance Cast Pistons. These pistons are designed for engines producing 400-1000HP, offering the drivability of OE pistons with the added strength needed for modified applications, aiming for over 100,000 miles of longevity. Optional upgrades are available, such as Carrillo Pro-H 9321 Connecting Rods (rated up to 1800HP) and an ATI Super Damper, which can free up horsepower and reduce crankshaft stress. This kit comes un-balanced, and it is recommended to have the full rotating assembly balanced before installation. Main bearings and thrust washer sets are not included and should be sourced through your machine shop. Proper fitment requires selecting the correct year application and optional piston sizes (Standard Bore, .020 Over Bore, or .040 Over Bore).
