The K-MAC Stage 2 - Street/Race Front Camber & Caster Strut Mount Kit is engineered to provide precise adjustability for BMW E90, E91, E92, E93 (2005-2011), E46 (1998-2005), and E36 (1991-1998) models, including 316, 318, Roadster/Z3, 320, 323, and 325 variants. This kit replaces the factory strut top mounts with a pair of adjustable units that allow for camber and caster changes directly from the engine bay while on an alignment rack. Constructed from aircraft-grade 7075 aluminum, these strut mounts offer superior strength and tower reinforcement. They feature heavy-duty, self-aligning spherical bearings with a Teflon lining for extended life during daily commuting, while also providing the performance needed for street and track use. The design includes specialized OEM-diameter aluminum top coil seats that mount on separate radial thrust bearings, preventing spring drag and binding. Compatibility is ensured with both OEM coil springs and most popular coil-over brands with 60-70mm I.D. springs. It offers the capability to adjust suspension geometry to compensate for changes in ride height, altered load carrying, the fitment of wider tires, or damage from impacts. Furthermore, the adjustability can improve traction and fine-tune understeer/oversteer balance for enhanced performance during track days.
