Stage 2 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics K93302 Stage 2 Suspension System is engineered to significantly enhance the performance and aesthetics of your 2014-2020 Ford Expedition 4WD. This comprehensive kit provides an adjustable lift height ranging from 0.75 to 2.25 inches, enabling the fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations, with a recommendation for 33" x 11.50" tires (though larger may fit with modifications). Key to this system are the billet aluminum upper control arms equipped with ICON's patented Delta Joint. This innovative joint merges the robustness of a traditional ball joint with the high articulation of a uniball, while its design offers superior protection against environmental contaminants through a zinc-plated housing and durable grease seal. The metal-on-metal construction and greasable design ensure longevity and noise-free operation, making it ideal for daily driving. This Stage 2 system builds upon the foundation of the Stage 1 by adding the billet upper control arms, further improving ride quality, reducing body roll, and maximizing wheel travel. The coilovers feature unique valving specifically tuned for the 2014-UP Expedition, providing superior damping and vehicle control. Components are constructed from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, with corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies and FK rod end bearings for extended durability. Installation is designed to be a 100% bolt-on process, requiring no cutting or welding, and allows for the vehicle to be returned to its stock configuration if needed. It's important to note that rear lift heights over 1" may increase Advancetrac sensitivity. While factory wheels and tires generally fit, not all OE wheel/tire combinations are compatible, and aftermarket wheels with less backspace are recommended.
