The On3 Performance 4vTT-1 is a bolt-on twin turbo system engineered specifically for 1996-2004 Ford Mustang Cobra and 2V/4V 4.6L models. It utilizes a Stage 2 configuration with top-mounted turbochargers, custom forward-facing headers, and a stainless steel hot-side to support power goals of 1000+ HP. Installation requires a tubular K-member, such as those from UPR or Team Z, along with matching A-arms and coil-overs, as the factory K-member lacks the necessary clearance for this system. Other supporting components typically required for a complete setup include an upgraded fuel system (pump and injectors), a mass air flow sensor kit, a coolant crossover kit, and a power steering relocation reservoir. Each kit includes two 44mm wastegates, two 50mm blow-off valves, a 3-inch air-to-air intercooler with laser-formed brackets, custom oil feed/drain lines, and silicone couplers with t-bolt clamps.
