Stage 2 Turbocharger

The KC Whistler Stage 2 Turbo is a performance upgrade engineered as a direct drop-in replacement for 2011-2019 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke F250 and F350 trucks. This turbo features an upgraded billet 64mm compressor wheel and a larger 10-blade high-flow turbine wheel, designed to provide increased airflow and produce a distinctive whistle sound. It contributes to improved boost control, cooler Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs), and a quick spool-up for enhanced performance. The unit is 100% drop-in ready for installation. This Stage 2 turbo is recommended for hot street and daily driving applications, including occasional light towing. For heavy towing, the KC Whistler Stage 1 is suggested. To achieve its full potential, Stage 2 turbos require a healthy CP4 or an upgraded fueling system. Note that trucks from 2011-2014 and 2011-2016 Cab & Chassis models require a RetroFit Kit. Additionally, 2015 and 2016 model year trucks will need a pedestal conversion kit for installation. Updated calibrations and tuning are required for optimal performance with this turbocharger.
