Overview

The KC Turbos Stage 2 Turbocharger is a brand new, Gen 2 unit designed for the 2003 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. It features a 64x88mm GTX-style billet compressor wheel and a 72.5x66mm 10-blade turbine wheel, contributing to a loud spool whistle similar to original equipment. This turbo is built for increased top-end power while maintaining towing capability.

The KC Turbos Stage 2 Jetfire Turbocharger is a brand-new, Gen 2 unit built from a Garrett OEM core for the 2003 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. This turbo is engineered to provide a loud, distinct spool whistle, reminiscent of the original equipment, thanks to its 72.5x66mm, 10-blade turbine wheel. It features a redesigned 64x88mm single-plane GTX-style billet compressor wheel with extended tips up to 94mm and an upgraded .72ar race compressor cover for maximum airflow. This turbo supports 500 to 600 HP, with a recommended 175cc/30% to 190cc/30% injector setup to maximize its potential. Installation is 100% drop-in with no modifications required. The turbo includes a new VGT solenoid and comes with no core charge. For optimal performance and to take full advantage of the increased airflow, KC Turbos highly recommends pairing this turbo with custom SCT tuning. Polished cover options are available but may add a 1-2 week lead time before shipment. This turbocharger is not available for sale in California. Refer to the manufacturer's emissions notice for details.
