Stage 2 Turbocharger Kit BMW N54

The CTS Turbo Stage 2 BMW N54 turbocharger kit is engineered to provide the best daily-driven power and torque for your N54 engine. This kit features brand-new, complete turbo units, eliminating the need for a core exchange or wait time. The turbos utilize larger wheels than stock, rated for 550-600hp, offering a good balance of low-end torque and excellent boost response without sacrificing top-end power. They are equipped with flow-optimized stainless steel exhaust housings and high-efficiency 6+6 blade 42.5/56mm 15T billet compressor wheels, paired with 9-blade high-flow 41.46/44.5 TD04L turbine wheels and upgraded TD04 thrust bearings. The 2″ turbo inlet requires aftermarket 2″ inlets. This kit offers bolt-on fitment for various BMW models equipped with the N54 engine, including the 2006–2010 E90/E91/E92/E93 335i, 2011–2013 E92/E93 335is, and others listed. However, these turbos will NOT fit right-hand drive vehicles. Specific fitment notes apply to the 135i, 535i, X6, 740i, 1M coupe, and Z4 models, which will require replacing the upper rear coolant line (11537558902) and the turbo outlet pipe (11657556551) for the rear turbo to fit correctly. Installation requires tuning for the Stage 2 turbos. An aftermarket charge pipe with a blow-off valve is strongly recommended. To maintain warranty, oil feed lines, the oil filter, and engine oil must be replaced, and a specific break-in procedure must be followed.
