The ViVA Performance Stage 2 Turbocharger Upgrade is a high-performance, bolt-on turbocharger replacement for 3.0L 6-cylinder Volvo T6 engines. This unit features a professionally rebuilt K16 assembly with an upgraded 56mm inducer and 70mm exducer billet compressor wheel to increase volumetric airflow and efficiency.

The ViVA Performance Stage 2 Turbocharger Upgrade is a high-performance, bolt-on solution designed specifically for the 3.0L T6 6-cylinder engines found in Volvo S60, V60, S80, V70, XC70, and XC60 models. By utilizing an original K16 turbocharger as a base, this upgrade maintains a factory appearance while significantly improving mid to high RPM power delivery. Each turbocharger undergoes a professional rebuild process, including a thorough cleaning, inspection, and the replacement of internal seals, bearings, and thrust hardware. The rotating assembly is balanced on a 2-axis VSR machine and pressure tested to 5-bar oil pressure to guarantee seal integrity. A larger, billet aluminum compressor wheel is installed to reduce rotating inertia and increase efficiency, requiring specific machining to the internal compressor housing. Installation is a direct plug-and-play process that retains all original oil and coolant lines, as well as the factory downpipe and manifold flanges. Achieving the full performance potential of this upgrade requires a minimum of 93 AKI octane fuel, custom software tuning, and supporting hardware including an upgraded intercooler, 3.5-inch downpipe, high-flow air intake, and colder spark plugs. A 6-month warranty is provided for defects in workmanship, though it excludes damage from improper installation, oil starvation, or foreign objects. Modifying your vehicle in this manner may impact your factory warranty coverage.
