The CTS Turbo Stage 2+ Turbocharger Upgrade is engineered for the BMW S58 platform, building on the brand's extensive experience with turbo projects. Employing transient flow analysis and meticulous flow bench testing, the twin-scroll turbine housing has been fine-tuned to optimize performance without compromising stock fitment, location, or the use of stock wastegates. This allows for the direct utilization of any stock-fitment downpipes, intakes, and charge pipes, with installation being straightforward due to the direct transfer of factory wastegates, downpipes, intake, and charge pipes. No custom parts are required, and all factory installation hardware and gaskets are utilized. This turbocharger is delivered brand new, eliminating the need for core exchanges, and is constructed with 316 stainless steel exhaust housings and wastegate components. Each unit is VSR balanced to surpass OE tolerances and features upgraded heavy-duty bearings and thrust washers for enhanced durability. The design allows for the movement of significant air at lower boost levels, delivering potent power without risking turbo over-speeding for consistent and reliable performance. For those seeking further performance gains, larger turbo inlets can be seamlessly integrated with this setup. The product includes a wire-reinforced silicone turbo inlet and is compatible with factory installation hardware and wastegate actuators (though these are not included and original actuators can be used). This turbocharger upgrade is compatible with the following BMW models: G80 M3/M3 Competition, G82 M4/M4 Competition, G87 M2, F97 X3M/X3M Competition, and F98 X4M/X4M Competition, all equipped with the S58 engine.
