The AGP Stage 2 Wastegate Actuator is engineered as a direct replacement for the stock wastegate actuator on the 03-05 Dodge Neon SRT-4 and 2003-2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser, specifically designed to work with their factory turbochargers. This actuator comes pre-equipped with a 12 psi spring, providing a substantial increase in boost pressure compared to the stock unit's approximately 6-8 psi. The primary benefits of installing the Stage 2 actuator include a broad increase in boost pressure across the entire RPM range and a noticeable improvement in throttle response, making the vehicle feel more immediate and powerful. Ideal for enthusiasts seeking higher boost levels without a complex, fully adjustable setup, this actuator offers an appearance similar to OEM equipment, which can be advantageous for visual inspections during emissions testing.
