The Competition Clutch Stage 3 - 2600 Series clutch kit is engineered for enthusiasts seeking enhanced holding power and performance for their 2.4L K-Series engines. This kit utilizes a segmented ceramic friction material for aggressive grip and superior heat management, making it ideal for street/strip use and demanding driving conditions. The sprung disc design helps dampen vibrations, contributing to smoother shifts and improved daily drivability. This Stage 3 kit is designed to handle up to a 150% increase in torque capacity, making it suitable for vehicles with modifications such as turbos, superchargers, or upgraded camshafts. The performance pressure plate ensures maximum clamping force. The kit includes a lightweight flywheel to reduce rotational mass and allow for quicker engine revs. It is compatible with the OEM transmission and utilizes the stock slave cylinder and hydraulic line. Professional installation is recommended, and proper break-in procedures should be followed. This clutch kit fits a wide range of Honda and Acura models equipped with K-Series engines from 2002 to 2016, including the Civic Si, CR-V, Accord, Element, Crosstour, RSX, TSX, and TLX. The kit is pre-assembled and ships in protective packaging. A 12-month or 12,000-mile limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
