The CR Performance Engineering Stage 3 41mm Upgrade Twin Turbocharger Set is a performance upgrade designed for the 3.0L EcoBoost engine found in the 2021-2024 Bronco Raptor and 2024 Ranger Raptor. This set features a 7+7 blade CR Billet compressor wheel measuring 41mm/50.9mm, an upgrade from the stock 37.9mm/49mm wheel. It is built from brand new OEM Ford turbochargers using in-house CNC machining and digital balancing.

The CR Performance Stage 3 41mm Upgrade Twin Turbocharger Set delivers enhanced performance for the 3.0L EcoBoost engines in the 2021-2024 Bronco Raptor and 2024 Ranger Raptor. Engineered for 'full bore performance,' this Stage 3 upgrade features a custom 7+7 blade, 41mm/50.9mm CR Billet compressor wheel, significantly larger than the stock 37.9mm/49mm wheel. This set is constructed from brand new OEM Ford turbochargers, meticulously upgraded through in-house CNC machining and digital assembly balancing. It is capable of supporting over 475 rear-wheel horsepower (RWHP) on 93 octane fuel and over 575 RWHP on ethanol blends, offering a substantial power increase for performance enthusiasts. The turbochargers utilize the Ford OEM part numbers N2DZ-6K682-A PS & N2DZ-6K682-B DS for the 2021-24 variants. A $275 USD (or $358 CAD) refundable core charge is included in the price for new turbo options and is refunded upon the return of usable cores to CRP. Professional installation is highly recommended for this performance upgrade. Build time for these custom-built turbochargers is typically 1-2 weeks. All import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer, and any shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
