Stage 3 Auxiliary Low Pressure Fuel System, 2.0T FSI

The USP Stage 3 Auxiliary Low Pressure Fuel System from USP Motorsports is engineered to overcome the inherent fuel delivery limitations of the 2.0T FSI platform. The factory low-pressure fuel system (3-5bar) becomes a bottleneck around 350 wheel horsepower, even with an upgraded high-pressure system or an APR in-tank pump which extends the limit to approximately 400 wheel horsepower. This Stage 3 system introduces a high-flow, secondary in-tank fuel pump managed by a sophisticated load-based fuel pump controller. USP Motorsports' development resulted in a robust solution capable of supporting an estimated 700 wheel horsepower. The system includes preassembled fuel lines, a fuel distribution block with a check valve, and all necessary wiring, terminals, and connectors for installation.
