The ClutchMax Stage 3 Clutch Kit [CM05087HDC-ST3] is engineered for demanding driving conditions, suitable for track use, performance street driving, and moderate daily applications. Key components include a performance HD pressure plate crafted from Ductile/ Nodular Cast Iron for superior strength and wear resistance. The diaphragm springs are made from 51CrV4 steel, a German-imported material that has been subjected to a multi-stage heat-treating process to ensure unwavering performance and durability. The clutch disc features sintered copper ceramic pads on a chromoly sprung hub, providing ultimate holding power, maximum performance, and an extended lifespan. This complete kit has a torque capacity of 282 lb-ft and a horsepower rating of 303 HP. A recommended break-in period of 500 miles is advised for optimal performance. The kit includes a Performance HD Pressure Plate, a Performance HD Stage 3 Ceramic 6-Puck Sprung Disc (8-1/2" x 7/8" x 20 spline), an HD High-Temp Release Bearing, an Alignment Tool, and a Clutch Installation Guide.
