The ECS Tuning Stage 3 Performance Clutch Kit is an in-house engineered solution for vehicles with upgraded turbochargers. Designed to bridge the gap between ease of driving, affordability, and robust torque capacity, this kit is ideal for those with K04 or similar big wheel, stock frame turbo upgrades. It is engineered to reliably hold 450 ft-lbs of crank torque. It is specifically designed for Audi A3 or Volkswagen MK5/MK6 2.0T platform vehicles with 6-speed manual transmissions. The kit features a lighter weight flywheel than factory for quicker revs, balancing street and race driving conditions. Included hardware for basic installation comprises flywheel bolts, pressure plate bolts, and throwout bearing bolts. ECS also provides a new LUK throwout bearing and a VW-Specific clutch alignment tool to ensure proper crank bore engagement and clutch disc centering. The kit is compatible with a wide range of Audi A3, Volkswagen Eos, Golf, and Jetta models, primarily those with the 2.0L L4 engine and manual transmission from approximately 2006 through 2019, depending on the specific model and trim.
