The ClutchMax Stage 3 Clutch Kit is a high-performance clutch and flywheel bundle designed for demanding applications. It features a clutch disc with sintered copper ceramic pads and a chromoly sprung hub for maximum holding power.

The kit includes a performance chromoly lightweight flywheel, made from 4140 Chromoly forged steel, CNC machined and dynamically computer balanced to 15,000 RPM. The pressure plate is constructed from ductile/nodular cast iron for strength and wear resistance, with diaphragm springs made from German 51CrV4 steel.

The ClutchMax Stage 3 Clutch Kit with Performance Chromoly Flywheel is engineered for track use, performance street driving, and moderate daily use, offering enhanced holding power and durability. This bundle includes a lightweight chromoly flywheel that weighs 12.23 lbs, making it 45% lighter than the factory OEM, contributing to quicker engine response. The clutch disc is built with sintered copper ceramic pads and a chromoly sprung hub for ultimate performance. The pressure plate is manufactured from robust ductile/nodular cast iron, ensuring maximum strength and wear resistance. German 51CrV4 steel is used for the diaphragm springs, subjected to a multi-stage heat-treating process for unwavering performance and longevity. This complete bundle set includes the performance chromoly lightweight flywheel, an HD pressure plate, an HD Stage 3 ceramic 6-puck sprung disc (9-1/16" x 1" x 24 spline), a release bearing, pilot bearing, alignment tool, and a clutch installation guide. A recommended break-in period of 500 miles is advised. Compatibility is specific: this kit fits 2006 Saab 9-2X (2.5L DOHC Turbo EJ255), 2006 Subaru Baja (2.5L DOHC Turbo EJ255), 2006-2013 Subaru Forester (2.5L DOHC Turbo EJ255), 2006-2014 Subaru Impreza WRX (2.5L DOHC Turbo EJ255), 2005-2006 Subaru Legacy GT; Spec B (2.5L DOHC Turbo EJ255), 2007-2012 Subaru Legacy GT (2.5L DOHC Turbo EJ255; except Spec-B model), 2005-2009 Subaru Outback (2.5L DOHC Turbo EJ255), and 2015-2017 Subaru WRX (2.0L DOHC Turbo FA20F). It is critical that the kit's components are used together as a set, without reusing any existing factory parts.
