The Tunezilla TZ-CJAA-TDI-2.0 is an engine computer chip designed to enhance the performance of 2009-2015 Volkswagen Jetta, Golf, and Sportwagen models equipped with the 2.0L CR TDI engine. This tuning solution allows for various performance stages, from ECO Delete to Stage 3, with corresponding increases in horsepower and torque. For instance, Stage 1 provides 158 HP and 280 lb-ft of torque, while Stage 3, designed for use with a turbo upgrade, offers up to 183 HP and 310 lb-ft of torque. This product also offers optional features such as Dynamic Idle, which can speed up engine warm-up by maintaining a higher RPM, and a DSG Tune for automatic transmissions that enhances torque limits and shift points for smoother and quicker gear changes. The TuneZilla program requires a Windows-based computer for flashing, and an exhaust kit is a prerequisite for running Stage 1 or higher engine tunes on DSG-equipped vehicles. It is important to note that this tuning solution is for North America Spec Vehicles Only. The installation process involves using the FlashZilla PRO tool, which connects to your vehicle's OBD port and a laptop for flashing. Tuning devices are shipped separately from any associated kits.
