Stage 3 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit

The Wehrli Custom Fabrication Stage 3 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit is engineered for the 2006-2007 LBZ 6.6L Duramax equipped Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD. This Stage 3 kit integrates the popular Stage 2 High Flow Bundle with a 3-inch Stainless Steel Down Pipe to significantly increase air and exhaust flow for improved efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool up. The air intake system replaces restrictive factory plastic parts with a high-flow fabricated intake pipe, a large 4.8-inch intake horn (providing a 20% airflow improvement over stock), and an airbox enclosure with a dry filter and Outerwears pre-filter cover. Constructed from 14-gauge aluminum with smooth, aerodynamic bends, the 4-inch piping enhances airflow velocity and volume. Post-turbo, the kit upgrades the factory 2.5-inch hot-side intercooler pipe and the leak-prone plastic cold-side pipe with heavy-duty 3-inch (hot-side) and 3.5-inch (cold-side) LBZ Intercooler Pipes. These pipes are made in the USA from 14-gauge aluminum and feature smooth, mandrel bends for optimized flow. The 3.5-inch passenger side pipe offers a 47% airflow improvement over stock. The Y-Bridge Kit, a critical component, replaces the OEM upper intake manifold with a high-flow, bolt-together 3-inch design that provides a secure sealing surface and prevents blow-apart failures common in high-performance applications. All components are finished in a choice of WCFab's custom powder coat colors. It is compatible with stock trucks without needing other modifications or upgrades. Note: CSF Aftermarket intercoolers require modification or grinding of the intercooler outlet lip for installation.
