The Dynomite Diesel Stage 3 Injector Set is designed for 1989-1993 Dodge Cummins 5.9L 12-valve engines. This brand new, matched set features patented pilot hole technology with a 5-hole + 2 pilot nozzle configuration, utilizing a 0.005" pilot hole size for gradual fuel delivery. The nozzles are specified as 5x13 with a 56 LPM flow rate and a 155-degree spray angle, and they operate at a 245 BAR pop pressure. The set includes a standard 1.5mm copper washer. These injectors are rated to support up to 400+ RWHP with proper supporting modifications, such as an upgraded turbo and a modified injection pump. For VE Rotary injection pumps, an upgraded fuel pin is highly recommended to achieve optimal gains. The product is noted as being new and comes with a 3-year warranty. Important fitment notes include that this injector set is not for sale in California. Additionally, for non-intercooled engines, the injectors feature a 7mm diameter nozzle bore which is compatible with the cylinder head's 9mm bore using the standard 1.5mm copper washer, a method preferred by Dynomite Diesel for its ability to move the nozzle tip closer to the piston for a cleaner burn. An optional 9mm adapter sleeve (Cummins PN: 3919358) can be used but is not recommended by the manufacturer.
