Stage 3 Intake System

The Eventuri Black Carbon Stage 3 Intake System for the Audi 8V Gen 2 RS3 and 8S TTRS is engineered to support extreme power levels while maintaining low intake air temperatures and ensuring optimal airflow efficiency. This system is developed for high-performance and hybrid turbo applications, providing the necessary flow capacity for builds exceeding 1000whp, all while maintaining OEM-level fitment and drivability. The core of the system is Eventuri’s patented carbon fiber Venturi filter housing, which has been maximized in internal volume to fit the RS3 engine bay. It works in conjunction with a custom 210mm outer diameter high-flow dry filter, offering over 130,000mm² of filtration surface area. This combination encourages laminar airflow into the 103mm internal diameter intake tube, creating a smooth, unrestricted path to the turbocharger. The intake tube maintains its 103mm internal diameter with optimized curvature from the filter housing to the turbo inlet, allowing the turbocharger to operate with reduced drag and improved efficiency. The sealed carbon inlet duct draws ambient air from the factory slam panel location and incorporates an additional high-pressure feed from beneath the hood, effectively adding the equivalent of a 7-inch secondary air entry. Constructed entirely from 100% prepreg carbon fiber, the system boasts a smooth internal surface to further enhance airflow quality. A dedicated heat shield with gold reflective backing protects the intake from radiant engine heat, ensuring stable intake temperatures even under sustained high-load conditions. Flow bench testing shows an increase in airflow from 530 CFM with the factory intake to 840 CFM at 28" H2O. Independent performance testing indicates gains of 15–18hp and 19–23 lb-ft on stock turbo vehicles, with hybrid turbo applications achieving increases of 25–30hp and 20–24 lb-ft.
