Stage 3 Intercooled IDI Turbo Kit

The Classic Diesel Designs CDD Stage 3 Intercooled IDI Turbo Kit is a fully restored and upgraded OEM turbo kit engineered for significant performance gains, targeting up to 400hp. The kit is available with different coating options, including a high-temperature, ceramic-based coating rated up to 2000°F, which is permanently bonded to the steel to prevent rust and offers superior heat insulation compared to heat wrap, aiding turbo spool and keeping cab temperatures down. Included in the Stage 3 kit are an upgraded crossover pipe, a one-piece bellowed up-pipe assembly, a CDD Intercooler Kit, a Cold Air Intake Kit, a CDD Stainless Wastegate Delete Flange with a 3-inch Stainless Downpipe, a V-banded Intake Manifold, an OEM turbo install kit, new hardware and gaskets, powder-coated valve covers, a CDD CDR delete kit with a catch can, and a Stage 3 T04Z 67mm Turbo (or a rebuilt stock T04B turbo). The wastegate delete is a performance-driven component that streamlines exhaust flow, improving turbo response and boost. All studs, nuts, bolts, and washers are replaced with quality hardware and labeled for easier installation. New seals, O-rings, a filter, and an upgraded stainless braided turbo feed line are also included. Please note that head studs are required for this kit as boost control is eliminated. The lead time for this turbo kit is currently 14-16 weeks due to machining, ceramic coating, and curing processes.
