Stage 3 LS3 Engine Swap Package

The Sikky Stage 3 BMW E46 LS3 Package provides essential components for mounting an LS-based engine into your BMW E46. This kit includes industry-leading motor mounts, a transmission mount, an aluminum oil pan, stainless steel headers, and a dedicated wiring harness. The package features a high-capacity 7-quart aluminum oil pan with a deep mid-sump design, CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum to ensure high ground clearance and compatibility with factory dust covers. The engine mounts are constructed from solid 6061 T-6 aluminum with custom urethane bushings for true isolation, ensuring proper engine placement and axle alignment. The transmission mount utilizes a CNC bent steel bracket with a urethane bushing. The headers are made from 100% stainless steel with massive 1 7/8” primaries, high-flow collectors, and CNC head flanges, featuring a welded v-band flange for easy installation. This kit is designed to work with left-hand drive (LHD) E46 models and is compatible with various LS-based engines including LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, L99, LQ4, LQ9, LSA, LS7, LS9, and LSX engines using the specified bolt pattern. For proper header fitment, aftermarket eye ball arms and Sikky’s low-profile steering shaft are required. The kit supports T56, T56 Magnum, Tr6060, and CD009 transmissions. Removal of the ABS module heat shield is also necessary. The included LS3 wiring harness is a standalone system featuring a 5-circuit Bussmann fuse/relay block, eliminating the need for connections to OEM fuse boxes. It provides circuits for ignition, fuel pump, dual cooling fans, and A/C. The harness includes ThermaShield protection for knock sensors and is supported by specific GM LS3 engine configurations, such as the 2011-2014 Chevrolet Camaro, 2008-2014 Chevrolet Corvette, and 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe/Silverado. Options are available for alternator type, chassis year and model, country/drivetrain configuration, ECU location, original transmission, cooling fan type, and the addition of BMW gauge cluster functionality (coolant temp, oil pressure) and A/C wiring.
