The Texas Speed & Performance Stage 3 LS3 N/A Camshaft is engineered to deliver substantial power gains for LS3 and LS2 engines featuring L92/LS3 rectangle port cylinder heads. This aggressive camshaft boasts a 231/246 duration profile with .640"/.615" lift and a 111 LSA, optimized for a 109 ICL. Designed for maximum performance, the Stage 3 camshaft is recommended for engines requiring a compression ratio of 10.5:1 or higher. It provides an impressive peak gain of 88 horsepower and 28 ft-lbs of torque, with an operating RPM range of 2000-6900. While offering an aggressive idle and strong top-end power, it is noted as being street-able and capable of daily driving with a proper tune. For optimal performance, this camshaft requires an aftermarket stall converter with a minimum speed of 3,200 RPM in automatic transmission vehicles. Additionally, TSP/PAC Dual .660 valve springs are recommended to ensure proper valve control at higher RPMs. The camshaft is offered exclusively in a 3-bolt design. If your factory camshaft is a single-bolt design, a three-bolt conversion kit is necessary. This kit includes the correct 4x upper timing gear for camshaft position signal and an ARP camshaft bolt kit.
