The TSP Stage 3 LS3 N/A Camshaft is engineered for LS3 or LS2 engines equipped with L92/LS3 rectangle port cylinder heads. This aggressive camshaft boasts a 231/246 duration, .640"/.615" valve lift, and a 111 LSA, providing a choppy idle and substantial performance improvements. This camshaft is recommended for engines operating in the 2000-6900 RPM range and is capable of delivering gains of up to 88 horsepower and 28 ft-lbs of torque. For optimal performance, a minimum aftermarket stall converter speed of 3,200 RPM is recommended for automatic transmissions. The desired compression ratio for this camshaft is 10.5:1 or higher. Upgraded valve springs, specifically TSP/PAC Dual .660 springs, are required. This camshaft features a 3-bolt design. If your vehicle is equipped with a single-bolt factory camshaft, a three-bolt conversion kit will be necessary. This kit includes the correct 4x upper timing gear for proper camshaft position signal and an ARP camshaft bolt kit. Alternatively, a conversion kit with an upgraded timing set is available.
