The AGP Stage 3 Wastegate Actuator is specifically engineered for the 2003-2005 Dodge Neon SRT-4 models that feature the Mopar Stage 3 Turbo Upgrade Kit. This upgrade is ideal for enthusiasts looking to extract more performance from their existing Mopar Stage 3 setup. This wastegate actuator replaces the factory unit, enabling the engine to hold higher boost pressures all the way to redline. It also provides the advantage of reducing boost spikes and eliminating the common oscillation issues associated with lighter spring actuators. The design incorporates a custom-machined bracket that mounts directly to the factory points on the rear of the compressor housing, ensuring a straightforward installation. Furthermore, it is fully adjustable for preload to fine-tune performance. The actuator comes with an 8psi spring pre-installed, suitable for users who prefer to manage boost levels via PCM tuning with devices like Diablosport or SCT. For those who wish to run boost independently of PCM control, the kit also includes interchangeable 12psi and 19psi springs, offering flexibility in boost tuning.
