Stage 4 Big Brake Kit

The Flyin' Miata NA/NB Stage 4 Big Brake Kit offers a significant upgrade over stock braking systems for your Miata. The front of the kit includes four-piston Wilwood calipers that save up to 5 lbs per corner compared to older Dynalite calipers, offering a firmer pedal, easier modulation, and better pedal feel. These calipers are paired with two-piece Wilwood Spec-37 rotors, known for their long life and dimensional stability under high temperatures. The rear setup features light and stiff Wilwood Powerlite calipers, which enhance the overall system stiffness and improve braking precision. For the rear brakes, you can choose between three options: a less expensive and lighter integrated parking brake (though not very strong), a fully functional separate mechanical MC4 parking brake caliper alongside the Powerlite, or a separate two-piston Dynapro caliper for drifting (without a parking brake function). The rear rotors are available as 11-inch single-piece plain or slotted rotors, with an option for two-piece Wilwood slotted rotors that match the front. Stainless steel brake lines are included for both front and rear. It is strongly recommended to use an adjustable proportioning valve for most Miatas to optimize brake balance, with the exception of 2001-05 Sport brakes and ABS models. This kit fits 1990-2005 Miatas, including MSM models. Calipers are available in red powder coat or hard-anodized grey; note that grey shades may not perfectly match. Fitment with 15-inch or larger wheels is probable, but checking provided templates is advised. The kit comes with a 1-year warranty.
