The ClutchMax Stage 4 Clutch Kit and HD Flywheel Bundle Set is engineered for demanding driving conditions, including racing, track use, and performance street applications. This kit offers a significant upgrade over stock components, with a focus on durability and power handling. The included flywheel is crafted from high magnesium content nodular cast iron, providing superior strength and extended service life compared to OE flywheels, while being more economical than billet steel options. The pressure plate is constructed from robust ductile/nodular cast iron, ensuring maximum strength and wear resistance. This bundle set includes a HD Nodular Flywheel, a Performance HD Pressure Plate, a Performance Stage 4 Ceramic 6-Puck Rigid Disc (9-1/2" x 1" x 24 spline), a High-Temp HD Release Bearing, an HD Pilot Bushing, a Clutch Alignment Tool, and a Clutch Installation Guide. It has a torque capacity of 418 lb-ft and a horsepower rating of 442 HP. A recommended break-in period of 500 miles is advised. This clutch kit is designed to fit the 1989-1990 Nissan 240SX with the 2.4L SOHC 4cyl KA24E engine and the 1991-1998 Nissan 240SX with the 2.4L DOHC 4cyl KA24DE engine.
