Stage 5 Clutch Kit

The ClutchMax Stage 5 Clutch Kit and Performance Chromoly Flywheel Bundle Set is engineered for racing, track use, performance street driving, and minimal daily use. This high-performance clutch system is designed to handle significant power output, with a rated capacity of 505 HP and 452 lb-ft of torque. The clutch disc utilizes copper ceramic (cerametallic) pads on a precision-broached rigid hub, ensuring maximum power transfer and durability under track conditions. The pressure plate is constructed from Ductile/Nodular Cast Iron for superior strength and wear resistance. Diaphragm springs are made from 51CrV4 steel, subjected to a multi-stage heat-treating process for sustained performance. The included performance chromoly flywheel is CNC machined from a single piece of 4140 chromoly forged steel and dynamically computer balanced to 15,000 RPM. This kit is intended for specific BMW models including the 1998-1999 323i/323is (E36, 2.5L M52, convertible and 2-door coupe only), 1992-1995 325i/325is (E36, 2.5L M50), 1994-1995 325i (E36, 2.5L M50, convertible only), 1996-1998 328i (E36, 2.8L M52, 4-door sedan only), 1996-1999 328is/328i convertible (E36, 2.8L M52), 1991-1995 525i (E34, 2.5L M50), 1997-1998 528i (E39, 2.8L M52), 1995-1999 M3 (E36, 3.0L S50/3.2L S52), 1997-2000 Z3 (E36, 2.8L M52), and 1998-2002 Z3 M coupe/Roadster (E36, 3.2L S52/S54). A 500-mile break-in period is recommended. This conversion clutch and flywheel kit must be used together as a set, without reusing any existing components.
