Stage 5 Cylinder Head Package for 2JZ-GTE Non-VVT-i

The Titan Motorsports Stage 5 Cylinder Head Package represents the ultimate in race cylinder head performance for the 2JZ-GTE non-VVT-i engine. This package requires a built dry block, and Titan Motorsports can supply either a filled OEM block or a billet race block if needed. Developed using the same technology found in the famous Titan Motorsports Copper Supra and the world-renowned E-Kanoo Pro Supra, this cylinder head is a proven performer in some of the world's fastest import vehicles, consistently achieving deep into the 5-second range in ¼ mile competition. The process begins with a brand-new OEM Toyota Cylinder head, which has its deck closed for enhanced strength, followed by thorough cleaning and pressure checking. The valve guides are removed, and the head undergoes a full-race CNC port and polish, including CNC'd combustion chambers. Unnecessary water passages for performance applications are plugged, and a Newen Contour machine is used to create optimal valve seal machining and angles. This Stage 5 package also incorporates Supertech shim-under buckets and shims, precisely set to match Titan Motorsports Race cams, enabling safe operation above 9,000rpm. These lighter buckets significantly reduce the risk of shim spitting common in high-revving engines. DLC Coated Supertech Buckets are available as an upgrade. Additionally, a dry copper head gasket is a requirement for this package, with various thicknesses offered (.032”, .040”, .043”, .050”, .062”, .080”, .093”), with custom thicknesses available upon request.
