Stage 5 Suspension System

The ICON K53055 Stage 5 suspension system is engineered to significantly increase the on- and off-road performance of your 2003-2009 Toyota 4Runner or 2007-2009 FJ Cruiser. This comprehensive kit includes ICON's billet aluminum Delta Joint upper control arm kit, 2.5 Aluminum Series Remote Reservoir rear shocks with proprietary Bump Zone technology for enhanced damping in the final stages of compression, and 2-inch rear coil springs. The system also features extended travel 2.5 Series Remote Reservoir coilovers for balanced front-to-rear damping. Constructed from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum with FK Rod End bearings, this system is built for durability and performance. The billet aluminum lower links are stronger than OE units, feature a greaseable dual-stage bushing, and allow for on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment to optimize geometry. The patented Delta Joint on the upper control arms combines the robustness of a ball joint with the articulation of a uniball, offering superior angularity and resistance to the elements through its zinc-plated housing and grease seal. Installation is designed as a bolt-on system, requiring no cutting or welding. The system provides adjustable coilovers for 0-3.5 inches of front lift. It's important to note that Remote Reservoir Mounting Brackets may interfere with aftermarket bumper mounts or windshield washer bottles. Additionally, a 700Lb/In Expedition Coil is available for heavier equipped vehicles. The shocks are fully serviceable, and the indicated coilover heights are for stock-equipped vehicles. OEM wheels and tires fitment is confirmed, with recommendations for specific ICON Alloy wheel sizes and up to 33" x 11.50" tires, noting that larger tires may require fender trimming.
