Stage I Turbo Upgrade for AMG 53 M256 3.0L

The RENNtech Stage I Turbo Upgrade is designed for the AMG 53 M256 3.0L Inline-6 engine, offering a significant performance boost. This package includes both a turbocharger upgrade and an ECU upgrade. The turbocharger itself has been engineered with a strengthened cartridge shaft, larger intake and exhaust impellers, and upgraded bearings. These internal enhancements allow the turbo to handle increased power demands and deliver maximum torque. The use of lightweight, forged billet wheels contributes to less rolling resistance, enabling quicker spooling and virtually no lag, thus providing impressive throttle response. This upgrade aims to prevent possible OEM turbo failures that can occur when increasing the power output of the AMG 53 series. The result is a dramatic increase in power and torque, with gains of up to +69 HP and +50 lb-ft, bringing the total output to 505 HP and 460 LB-FT at the crank. To achieve maximum power levels, additional components such as a RENNtech downpipe, BOV adapters, and high-flow air filters are required. The use of 93+ Octane gasoline is mandatory. This upgrade is compatible with various AMG 53 models from MY2018 onwards, including the W213 E 53 AMG Sedan, S213 E 53 AMG Wagon, C238 E 53 AMG Coupe, C257 CLS 53 AMG, X290 GT 53 AMG, C167 GLE 53 AMG Coupe, and V167 GLE 53 AMG SUV.
