The ProCharger Stage II Intercooled Supercharger Complete Kit provides a significant performance upgrade for 1986-1993 5.0L Ford Mustang models. This comprehensive kit includes the D-1SC self-contained supercharger head unit, known for its advanced technology, billet impellers, and robust billet gearcase. It also features a high-capacity, front-mounted air-to-air intercooler with a durable bar and plate design to effectively reduce intake air temperatures and prevent detonation, accommodating future performance enhancements. Installation of this kit requires mechanical expertise or professional installation. The system comes complete with the supercharger head unit, all necessary piping, mounting bracketry, installation hardware, and a handheld OBDII flash programmer with ProCharger calibration. For optimal performance and safety, the use of 91 octane fuel or higher is required. Please note that ProCharger is not responsible for boost levels or tune quality on modified applications, and dyno tuning may be necessary due to OEM computer variability and custom modifications. Kits are built to order with a 10-14 business day lead time.
