Stage IV 107CI-114CI Engine Kit

The Harley-Davidson 92500062 Screamin' Eagle Milwaukee-Eight Engine Stage IV Kit is engineered to deliver maximum horsepower from 107CI to 114CI Milwaukee-Eight engines, all the way to the redline. The kit includes a comprehensive set of high-performance components: CNC-ported cylinder heads with performance valve springs, a 64mm throttle body, high-flow injectors (5.5g/s), 4.075" bolt-on cylinders, forged 11:1 high compression aluminum coated pistons with rings, the SE8-515 cam, a cam bearing upgrade, high-performance tappets, multi-layer coated head gaskets, and high-capacity clutch springs (1200N) with clutch disks. The fins are finished in black with highlights. This Stage IV kit is compatible with 2018-2020 Softail and 2017-2021 Touring models equipped with air/oil-cooled 107CI Milwaukee-Eight engines. It does not fit Trike models. Separate purchases are required for the Cam Drive Retention Kit P/N 25566-06. Installation may also require the Cam Spacer Kit P/N 25928-06, and for 2017-2018 Touring models, the installation of Oil Pump Cover P/N 62400206 is recommended. Crucially, all models require ECM calibration using the Screamin' Eagle Pro Street Tuner or a dealership-installed Screamin' Eagle calibration for proper functionality. The kit can be installed without removing the engine from the chassis and retains the Original Equipment Factory Warranty.
