Stage One Speaker Kit

The BavSound Stage One Speaker Upgrade offers a significant audio enhancement for select BMW E46 Convertible models equipped with the Harman Kardon system. These aftermarket speakers are engineered as a direct replacement for factory units, providing a substantial upgrade in sound clarity and musical reproduction without requiring modifications to the existing audio system. Constructed with advanced audio materials, the Stage One speakers feature woven fiberglass cones, butyl rubber surrounds, and silk composite tweeters. This combination aims to deliver higher quality sound with a wider frequency range and more balanced bass and treble. The design ensures distortion-free performance at higher volumes, producing accurate, natural, and beautiful sound that is significantly louder than stock speakers. Installation is designed to be exceptionally straightforward, adhering to a 100% plug-and-play methodology. Users can simply unbolt their factory speakers, unplug the connectors, and install the BavSound units. This process is fully reversible. The product is noted as being simple enough for DIY installation, with step-by-step instructions provided, typically taking only a few hours. It is important to note that this speaker upgrade is specifically designed for the E46 Convertible models with Harman Kardon audio. It is explicitly stated that the 1996-1999 BMW 3 Series and M3 models are excluded from fitment. This kit replaces all speakers except for the subwoofers. The product is made in the United States and comes with a 4-year limited warranty, though this warranty is not valid with aftermarket amplifiers or custom audio systems.
