The ZX14 Stage One Turbo Kit from Schnitz Racing is a performance upgrade meticulously designed to elevate the power of your 2006-2011 Kawasaki ZX14. This kit delivers a formidable 260 rear-wheel horsepower at the stock engine's output with a recommended 6 psi of boost. It provides a clear upgrade path, easily reaching over 400 horsepower by incorporating a secondary fuel system and additional engine modifications, eliminating the need for further turbo component upgrades. The turbo itself is custom-built with reliable Garrett internals and is capable of supporting beyond 400 horsepower. Key components include a 38mm Tial external wastegate for precise boost control, and a durable 304-grade stainless steel header and flanges that resist corrosion. The package also features braided oil feed and return lines with necessary fittings for optimal lubrication and circulation, a new in-line fuel pump, a rising rate regulator (FMU), and upgraded fuel lines. The air intake system benefits from billet aluminum airbox covers for optimized airflow, a crankcase vent filter, and a high-flow K&N air filter. Further performance enhancements are achievable with optional engine upgrades. Adding turbo pistons and heavy-duty valve springs can yield 290 horsepower on pump fuel. For racing applications, the Stage 2 kit on race fuel can achieve 330-340 horsepower, and with a fully built engine, it can reach an astounding 440 horsepower on race gas. This comprehensive kit includes all necessary vacuum lines, connectors, hose clamps, and fittings for a straightforward installation.
