Description

The Stainless Bros 1.88" SS304 45° Mandrel Bend is a single, ready-to-weld tubing component designed for fabrication projects. Made from 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, it features a 45-degree bend with a 1.5D / 2.82" radius and leg lengths of 5" and 8".

This mandrel bend is produced using a proprietary CNC bender and custom dies to ensure a wrinkle-free, scratch-free result. The ends are laser cut, the bend is finished to a 180-grit polish, and the part is ultrasonically cleaned for immediate use, significantly reducing fabrication time for custom exhaust systems.
