The ARP Stainless 434-1202 is a set of 12 header bolts designed for specific Chevrolet and Holden applications. These bolts are made from stainless steel and feature a polished finish. They are 15 percent stronger than Grade 8 steel and offer excellent corrosion and heat resistance.

The ARP Stainless 434-1202 header bolt kit provides a durable and high-performance solution for securing headers to various Chevrolet and Holden engines. Each kit contains 12 bolts constructed from ARP stainless steel, offering superior strength with a tensile strength of 180,000 psi, exceeding that of Grade 8 steel. These bolts feature a compact, 12-point head design, measuring M8 x 1.25 thread size with an underhead length of 1.181 inches (30.00mm). The compact head allows for easier access and installation in tight spaces around the exhaust headers. The stainless steel construction ensures high resistance to corrosion and heat, making them ideal for the demanding environment of an engine bay. This kit is specifically designed for a range of Chevrolet and Holden vehicles, including various models of Corvette, Camaro, Firebird, GTO, Monaro, Statesman, and CTS V-Series, spanning from the late 1990s to the mid-2010s. Notably, the 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro SS application specifies manual transmission only. The kit is intended for use with 3/8" header flanges.
