The DC Sports Stainless Header is a 4-2-1 two-piece exhaust header designed for the 1994-2001 Acura Integra RS/LS/GS models. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it is available with or without a ceramic coating that is rated to 1,200°F. This header is designed to improve horsepower and torque while reducing under-hood temperatures and is 50-state CARB legal.

The DC Sports Stainless Header is a performance exhaust component engineered for the 1994-2001 Acura Integra RS/LS/GS. This 4-2-1, two-piece header is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, with an optional ceramic coating available that can withstand temperatures up to 1,200°F. The ceramic coating helps to retain heat within the exhaust tubes, which can improve exhaust gas velocity and lead to more repeatable power output during longer runs or in hot conditions. Additionally, this coating helps to reduce under-hood temperatures, protecting nearby components like wiring, hoses, and intake systems. This header is designed to provide noticeable improvements in midrange torque and overall pulling power from 3,000 RPM to redline, complementing the B-series engine. The DC Sports header is also 50-state and CARB compliant, featuring an EO number that allows for legal installation and emissions testing without needing to swap back to the stock manifold. The thick flanges and robust construction are built to withstand demanding use, from daily driving to track events.
