Stainless Steel Braided Brake Hoses

The HEL Performance SUZ-4-001 brake hose kit provides a direct, like-for-like replacement for the standard flexible brake hoses on the Suzuki Alto 1.0, specifically for models manufactured between 1997 and 2003. The construction of the HEL brake hoses begins with a PTFE inner core, renowned for its exceptional chemical resistance and ability to withstand extreme temperatures (-70°C to 250°C). This core is shielded by a robust stainless steel overbraid, offering significant protection against wear and tear. A final layer of clear or colored PVC ensures the hose is wipe-clean and protects surrounding body panels and paintwork from scratches and scuffs. Each fitting is constructed from 303/304 grade stainless steel and features HEL's unique multi-groove design, which creates internal sealing o-rings and allows for free, secure rotation of the fittings post-swaging, simplifying installation and finessing the fitment.
