Stainless Steel Braided Front Brake Line Kit

The HEL Performance brake line kit is a set of stainless steel braided hoses designed as a direct-fit replacement for the standard brake lines on the Suzuki GSX-R600 L1-L8 (2011-2018). Unlike rubber hoses that expand under pressure and cause a soft or inconsistent pedal feel, this kit utilizes a 3-layer construction to ensure precise braking modulation and reliable response during harsh conditions. The hoses consist of a PTFE inner core for chemical resistance and temperature tolerance, reinforced by a high-strength 303/304 stainless steel overbraid. A clear or colored PVC outer layer protects the lines and your motorcycle's paintwork from abrasion. Each kit includes two full-length hoses running from the master cylinder to the front calipers, utilizing a supplied double banjo bolt for a straightforward installation, alongside copper crush washers and necessary mounting hardware. HEL manufactures all fittings and ferrules in-house using CNC technology, incorporating a unique internal multi-groove design that acts as an internal seal and allows for secure rotation of fittings for a precise fit. The entire range complies with FMVSS-106 safety standards, making them road legal globally.
